Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-toughness soluble magnesium alloy and a preparation method thereof.The high-toughness soluble magnesium alloy is prepared from, by mass, 0.4%-8% of Bi element, 0.4%-2% of Mn element, 0.2%-2% of X element and the balance Mg element; the X element is at least one of a Ni element, a Co element and a Sr element; the interiors of grains of the high-toughness soluble magnesium alloy comprise MgBi precipitated phases, Mn precipitated phases and MgX precipitated phases, and Bi solute atoms are segregated at grain boundaries. According to the high-toughness soluble magnesium alloy, the magnesium alloy is toughened through element segregation and multiple precipitated phases together, dissolution and expansion of the magnesium alloy in water are promoted through the synergistic effect of different elements, and then application of the magnesium alloy in fracturing balls and packers is achieved.
