Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses dsRNA (double-stranded ribonucleic acid) with prevention and treatment effects on botrytis cinerea and fusarium oxysporum as well as a preparation method and application of the dsRNA. The key pathogenic genes of the botrytis cinerea and the fusarium oxysporum which are subjected to precise targeted inhibition are a botrytis cinerea NADPH oxidase BcNoxb gene and a fusarium oxysporum NADPH oxidase FoNox1 gene respectively. The dsRNA is the dsRNA for precisely inhibiting the BcNoxb gene and the FoNox1 gene in a targeted manner. The precise targeted inhibition on the key virulence genes of botrytis cinerea and fusarium oxysporum provided by the invention is realized by inducing target gene expression silencing through exogenous application of dsRNA. The dsRNA accurately induces silencing of key pathogenic genes, so that the pathogenicity of botrytis cinerea and fusarium oxysporum is reduced or even lost, and the aim of protecting crops is achieved.
