According to the invention, IRPS-TE-3 is extracted by a water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, deproteinized by an enzyme-repeated freezing and thawing method, and separated and purified by DEAE-52 ion exchange column and Sephadex G100 gel column chromatography, and the IRPS-TE-3 is prepared from fucose, rhamnose, arabinose, galactose, glucose, xylose and galacturonic acid according to a molar ratio of 0.96: 8.75: 26.52: 9.57: 3.78: 2.72: 47.70.
