According to the synthesis method provided by the invention, the activity of the catalyst is greatly improved, the consumption of copper powder for synthesizing the phenylchlorosilane refined monomer is reduced from 80-100kg/t to 40-50kg/t, and meanwhile, the single continuous production cycle of a boiling bed is prolonged from 35d to about 50d. By adopting a new synthesis raw material-catalyst system, the effectiveness of the catalyst is improved, the unit consumption of non-ferrous metal copper is reduced by 50%, and the production efficiency is improved.
