Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for removing chlorite in water through an aluminum salt activated sulfite system, and belongs to the technical field of drinking water treatment. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding an aluminum salt into a chlorite aqueous solution containing background pollutants, and fully stirring and mixing to react for 1-10 minutes to obtain a mixed solution; and 2, adding any one of sulfite, hydrosulfite and dithionite into the mixed solution, and reacting at a preset temperature for a preset time so as to degrade the chlorite. According to the method, sulfite is activated by aluminum salt in a dark system to generate a large number of reducing groups, and efficient and green degradation of chlorite is achieved.
