Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a steel ring casting and forging method which comprises the following steps: S1, heating a spoke to 180-520 DEG C, carrying out hot press molding, and welding a rim on the spoke in a welding manner; s2, the rim is heated to 580-660 DEG C, and the rim is tightly jacked to the spoke, so that the rim and the spoke are instantly upset together; s3, the joint of the rim and the spoke is welded through welding; and S4, weld joints are cleaned. On the basis, the rim and the spoke are welded together in a butt welding mode through an aluminum welding machine, so that the rim and the spoke can be welded together in an upset forging mode under the condition that no medium is added in the butt welding process, the performance of base metal of the rim and the spoke is not changed, and particularly for a high-strength 6-7-series aluminum plate, the product can be lighter, and the production cost is reduced.
