Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a system and method for welding motor stator hairpin wires. A system for welding together ends of different wires arranged around a motor stator. The scanner control module is configured to operate the three-dimensional scanner to scan ends of different wires and measure alignment of the ends along X, Y, and Z directions of a coordinate plane. The system control module is configured to compare the measured alignment of the tips to a predetermined alignment range and to identify a weld plan for each of the tips falling within the predetermined alignment range.
