Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of NaY/kaolin composite microspheres. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing and grinding part of kaolin and alkali; step 2, mixing the mixture obtained in the step 1 with unground kaolin, pulping, and spraying to obtain kaolin microspheres; and step 3, roasting the kaolin microspheres at high temperature, then mixing with water, alkali liquor, a silicon source and a guiding agent, and crystallizing to obtain the NaY/kaolin composite microspheres. The in-situ crystallized kaolin microsphere product prepared by the method has higher crystallinity of the Y-type molecular sieve and more pore volumes of mesopores and macropores.
