A liquid return atomizer in the rectification chamber is communicated with a volatile steam pipe and a liquid return pipe, the volatile steam pipe provided with a volatile steam pump is communicated with the distillation chamber, and the rectification chamber is communicated with the condenser through a gas phase pipe provided with a gas phase pump.
