The phospholipid compound and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose form a compound, so that the interaction between calcium ions and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose can be physically blocked, and the damage of calcium salt to the structure of the cellulose is reduced. Meanwhile, a hydrophilic head group and a hydrophobic group in phospholipid molecules interact with groups in the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, so that the combination of the phospholipid and the cellulose is enhanced, and the damage of calcium salt to the cellulose is reduced.
