Zusammenfassung:The nanofluidic memristor based on the ion concentration difference comprises a conical nanopore channel with a tip opening and a bottom end opening, and the caliber of the bottom end opening is larger than that of the tip opening; a first electrolyte solution exists in an internal environment of the conical nanopore channel, a second electrolyte solution exists in an external environment conducted with the tip opening, and the first electrolyte solution and the second electrolyte solution have ion concentration difference and generate a memristive effect under the action of an external electric field; the change of the memristive effect intensity or the reversal of the direction is realized by regulating and controlling the ion concentration difference of the first electrolyte solution and the second electrolyte solution, and the memristive effect is applied to an artificial ion synapse device to realize the simulation or conversion of excitatory synapses and inhibitory synapses.
