Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a photoelectron pulse sampling and beam splitting module and an electric vacuum framing device, and the photoelectron pulse sampling and beam splitting module is used for realizing a segmentation deflection function of an electron beam in an electric vacuum framing tube and is one of core devices of the electric vacuum framing tube. The image conversion module is used for converting an optical image into a photoelectron image, the imaging module is used for receiving each secondary electron beam and used for subsequently generating a framing image, and the electron beam sampling and splitting module is arranged on an electron beam propagation path between the image conversion module and the imaging module.
