Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a data transmission method and device in an RIS-assisted millimeter wave MIMO system, and relates to the technical field of wireless communication, and the method comprises the steps: screening estimation paths in the RIS-assisted millimeter wave MIMO system, and obtaining a target estimation path; performing channel estimation on each target estimation path to obtain channel state information corresponding to each target estimation path; based on the channel state information corresponding to each target estimation path, hybrid beam forming of the user side and the base station and a reflection vector of the RIS are optimized, and the optimized hybrid beam forming and the optimized reflection vector are obtained; and performing data transmission based on the optimized hybrid beam forming and the optimized reflection vector. According to the invention, the pilot frequency overhead is reduced under the same spectrum efficiency.
