The invention relates to a substitution system for an industrial control system of a nuclear power plant. The substitution system comprises a condensation water purification treatment control cabinet, a chemical reagent injection control cabinet, a water supply chemical sampling control cabinet, a data interaction module, a first virtual server and a terminal module, the data interaction module executes data interaction among the chemical reagent injection control cabinet, the water supply chemical sampling control cabinet and the first virtual server; the first virtual server replaces industrial personal computer functions of the condensed water purification treatment system, the chemical reagent injection system and the water supply chemical sampling system; and the terminal module issues a control instruction and/or a control parameter to the first virtual server and outputs and displays the operation data and the state data of each system.
