Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a performance prediction method for a woven and needled composite material component. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the mechanical properties of a woven and needled preform component under multiple groups of process parameters through a mechanical property test of the composite material component; a built-in mathematical model of a knitting needling multi-weaving parameter process macro is formed based on a Latin hypercube sampling and machine learning hybrid algorithm and is used for component performance prediction; weaving process parameters are collected through a weaving and needling composite forming equipment end sensor; the weaving process parameters and the prefabricated body structure mapping equation are adopted to obtain weaving needling prefabricated body structure parameters; and importing the obtained prefabricated body structure parameters into a pre-constructed process macro file to obtain final performance parameters of the component.
