The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of historical sampling data and historical environment parameters of a target culture water area; establishing a microalgae concentration prediction model corresponding to the target culture water area according to the microalgae detection concentration corresponding to the historical sampling data and the historical environmental parameters; acquiring current environment parameters of the target culture water area in a current time period; and inputting the current time period and the current environmental parameters into the microalgae concentration prediction model to obtain a current microalgae concentration prediction result of the target culture water area.
