The mobile blade self-updating intelligent drill bit comprises a drill bit body, a fixed blade, a mobile blade, PDC teeth, a nozzle and a connector, the mobile blade and the fixed blade can move relative to each other, and a test system, a signal input device, a microcomputer, a signal output device, a battery, a motor and a transmission device are arranged in the drill bit body; the testing system can measure rock lithology, rock compressive strength, PDC tooth abrasion conditions and acceleration values of a drill bit in three directions, and the signal input device can transmit measured parameters and testing data of the logging-while-drilling instrument to the microcomputer in a signal mode. The microcomputer transmits an output signal to the motor through the signal output device after comparison and calculation through a database, the motor enables the movable blade to move up and down through the transmission device, underground self-updating of the drill bit is achieved, the tripping time is saved, th
