The single-base gene editor pBE-C2A-T3 comprises a fusion protein and a gRNA scaffold, wherein the fusion protein is a fusion protein; the nucleotide sequence of the coding gene of the fusion protein is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1; and the nucleotide sequence of the gRNA scaffold is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3.
