Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a culture method for simulating microgravity to induce primary cancer cell reprogramming and application of the culture method, and belongs to the technical field of biology. According to the novel primary cancer cell culture technology provided by the invention, a 10-3g microgravity environment is simulated by using a multi-directional G force generator, reprogramming of patient-derived carcinoma/para-carcinoma tissue cells is induced, dryness of a primary cell group is maintained, and rapid, long-term and high-fidelity culture of the patient-derived carcinoma/para-carcinoma tissue cells is realized.
