Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to escherichia coli engineering bacteria utilizing cane sugar or molasses and a method for producing branched chain amino acid through fermentation of the escherichia coli engineering bacteria, a genetic engineering strain is obtained by adopting a genetic engineering method, and the genetic engineering strain substantially expresses a cane sugar metabolism gene. Comprising sucrose permease, sucrose hydrolase, PEP-sucrose phosphotransferase system enzyme II, sucrose phosphate hydrolase and fructokinase. Or the genetic engineering strain is an E.coli W (ATCC 9637) strain in which the cscR gene is substantially inactivated. The genetic engineering strain is subjected to fermentation culture by taking cane sugar or molasses as a carbon source, and branched chain amino acids (L-valine, L-isoleucine and L-leucine) are separated from a culture after the culture is finished. The invention also discloses a genetic engineering strain for producing branched chain amino acids (L-valine, L-isoleucin |
