Zusammenfassung:	The invention aims to provide a novel high-yield glucamylase strain which is further applied to industrial production of white spirit. On the basis of the purpose, the invention provides the glucamylase KIGA5. The amino acid sequence of the glucamylase KIGA5 is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The glucamylase KIGA5 provided by the invention shows excellent industrial properties in the exploration of the optimal temperature and the optimal pH, which indicates that the glucamylase KIGA5 provided by the invention can play a role in the industrial production of feeds, foods, medicines and the like. Specifically, according to the application, a recombinant strain for converting the glucamylase KIGA5 is taken as a yeast supplement, related experimental results verify that the recombinant strain for converting the glucamylase KIGA5 contributes to the flavor of a wine body during second-batch wine brewing, and particularly, the recombinant strain for converting the glucamylase KIGA5 in brewing of Luzhou-flavor liquor obviou
