Water-based fully-synthetic cutting fluid and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a water-based total synthesis cutting fluid and a preparation method thereof. The water-based total synthesis cutting fluid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 1 part of a surface modified MXene material, 1.5 to 3 parts of nano LiCoO2, 10 to 16 parts of organic acid, 10 to 16 parts of organic alcohol amine, 5 to 10 parts of a surfactant, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a pH buffering agent, 4 to 8 parts of an anti-rust agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a de-foaming agent and 44 to 68.4 parts of de-ionized water. A small amount of surface modified MXene material and nano LiCoO2 are added into the cutting fluid, so that the cutting fluid with excellent lubricating property and extreme pressure property is obtained, the cutting performance of the cutting fluid is obviously superior to that of a commercially available cutting fluid, the average torque can be greatly reduced, and the service life of a cutter can be prolonged.
