Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant bio-based nylon material and a preparation method thereof. The halogen-free flame-retardant bio-based nylon material comprises the following components: 92-97% of nylon 56 resin, 3-8% of a silicon-nitrogen flame retardant, 0-0.5% of an antioxidant and 0-0.5% of a lubricant. By compounding the novel silicon-nitrogen flame retardant and the bio-based nylon material, the problem of thermal decomposition of the flame retardant in the preparation process can be effectively solved, so that the addition amount of the flame retardant can be effectively reduced, and the nylon material can be ensured to have excellent flame retardance.
