The heating cigarette cooling material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 40 parts of polylactic acid, 1 to 10 parts of polycaprolactone, 1 to 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1 to 8 parts of 4-hydroxybutyrate, 1 to 5 parts of trichloromethane and 1 to 5 parts of solvent.
