The invention relates to the field of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), and particularly discloses a reinforced pressure-resistant CPVC mixed material and application process development thereof, the CPVC mixed material comprises the following raw materials by weight: 90-110 parts of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, 8-13 parts of an impact modifier, 1-5 parts of a filler, 1-9 parts of a processing aid, and 10-20 parts of a cross-linking agent; the impact modifier comprises MBS (methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene) and CPE (chlorinated polyethylene), and the filler comprises 1-1.2 parts of titanium dioxide.
