Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of composite zirconium oxide granulation powder capable of being sintered at low temperature sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) putting calcined composite zirconium oxide granules into grinding equipment, adding pure water, and mixing to obtain slurry with the solid content of 40-65% wt; (2) grinding until the particle size D50 of the composite zirconium oxide granules is 0.1-1.0 mu m, and discharging to a stirring barrel; (3) enabling the slurry to be in a stirred state; (4) adding an alkaline dispersing agent, adjusting the viscosity of the slurry to be stabilized below 5000mpa. S, and then continuously stirring for 30-60 minutes; (5) adding a polypropylene glycol aqueous solution and an acrylic emulsion, and stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed; and (6) performing spray granulation, and controlling the moisture content of granulated powder to be 2.0 wt% or below and the apparent density to be 1.0 g/cm < 3 > or above.
