The invention provides a seat which can enable air flowing in an air passage to well flow in a structure in which a part of a cloth member is inserted into a groove. A seat is provided with: a cushion (P) having an air passage (230) communicating with the surface; a skin (C) covering the cushion (P); and a cloth member (heater base cloth (300)) disposed between the surface of the cushion (P) and the skin (C). The pad (P) has a groove (suspension groove (240)) that opens on the surface and intersects the air passage (230). The cloth member has an insertion portion (330) inserted into the groove.
