The recovery system comprises a motor water loop system, a battery water loop system, a water chilling unit, a liquid-liquid quick plug and a temperature sensor group, wherein a motor controller MCU in the motor water loop system makes three control strategies of controlling a three-way valve on the radiator side, controlling a three-way valve on the waste heat recovery heat exchanger side and controlling a PTC heater according to temperature changes.
