The invention discloses a glass fiber shell forming method which comprises the steps that (1) a glass fiber plate is pressed into a preset 3D structure to obtain a shell blank, and glass fiber lines are arranged on the shell blank; (2) spraying ground color ink to the shell blank, and filling and shielding glass fiber grains on the shell blank through the ground color ink; (3) spraying rubbing liquid on one surface of the ground color ink to obtain a first rubbing layer; (4) a first soft film with preset textures is provided, the first soft film and the shell blank are pressed in the 3D form, and therefore the textures on the first soft film are transferred to the first rubbing layer; and (5) CNC machining is conducted on the shell blank to obtain the glass fiber shell with the preset boundary dimension.
