Pharmaceutical composition of tricyclic antidepressant drug and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, co-amorphous substance as well as preparation method and application of co-amorphous substance

The invention relates to the field of drugs, and discloses a pharmaceutical composition of a tricyclic antidepressant drug and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, a co-amorphous substance as well as a preparation method and application of the co-amorphous substance, the pharmaceutical composition comprises two combinations, the first combination is imipramine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and celecoxib; and the second one is amitriptyline or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and diclofenac. The co-amorphous substance is prepared from a composition of a tricyclic antidepressant drug and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug according to different molar ratios through a melting and cooling method. The co-amorphous form of the tricyclic antidepressant drug and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug composition provided by the invention has one or more advantages, including significantly improving the solubility and dissolution rate of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and syner
