Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of vinpocetine in preparation of a medicine for promoting angiogenesis. Through a series of deep studies, the inventor finds that vinpocetine as a PDE1A inhibitor can promote tubule formation and migration of OGD/R model human brain microvascular endothelial cells in vitro through cooperation of a cGMP-PKG pathway and an HIF-1alpha-VEGF pathway; the cerebral infarction area of MCAO/R model rats is reduced in vivo, and the blood vessel density and the number of new blood vessels of ischemic penumbra are remarkably increased, so that ischemia-induced angiogenesis is promoted. Vinpocetine is used for treating cerebral arterial thrombosis to generate one-target double-effect and '1 + 1 > 2' superposed effect.
