Zusammenfassung:	A signal transmission device (200) is provided with: a logic device (214) of a primary circuit system (200p); a logic device (225) and a driver (226) of the secondary circuitry (200s); and first and second transformer circuits (TR1, TR2) that insulate between the primary circuit system (200p) and the secondary circuit system (200s), and that transmit drive pulse signals (ON, OFF1, OFF2) and feedback pulse signals (OSFBH, OSFBL) between the logic devices (214, 225). The second logic device (225) is provided with: a function for determining the logic level of the gate signal (VG) by driving the driver (226) in accordance with the drive pulse signals (ON, OFF1, OFF2); a function for pulse-driving the feedback pulse signals (OSFBH, OSFBL) in units of a first number of pulses at a predetermined cycle when the secondary circuit system (200s) is in a normal state; and a function of switching the first number of pulses in accordance with the driving capability of the driver (226). 一种信号传递装置(200)具备：初级电路系统(200p)的逻辑器件(21
