According to the amplifier, through the feedback branch arranged in the active bias circuit, a part of radio frequency signals of the output end are subjected to certain processing through the feedback branch and then fed back to the input end, the input radio frequency signals are compensated, and therefore the linearity of the amplifier in a general signal state is improved. Meanwhile, when the input signal of the amplifying circuit is increased to a certain degree, the static bias voltage of the whole circuit can be increased by the feedback signal, so that the linearity in a large signal state is further improved. And the flatness of the gain is improved. In addition, based on a double-layer RC feedback circuit composed of an internal feedback branch and an external feedback branch, the amplifier can work in a short wave frequency band. 本申请适用微电子、半导体及
