Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a color display device and a color temperature adjusting method. The color display device comprises a color electronic paper display module, a front light illumination module arranged on the color electronic paper display module, and a light sensing module and a control module which are arranged on the front light illumination module. The light sensing module senses ambient light to generate a red light intensity signal, a green light intensity signal and a blue light intensity signal, and the control module compares and calculates the red light intensity signal, the green light intensity signal and the blue light intensity signal. And the control module adjusts the color temperature of the light irradiated to the display area of the color electronic paper display module by the front light illumination module according to the comparison calculation result.
