A first fluid inlet pipe communicated to an inlet of the first channel spiral inner ring is arranged at the upper part of the shell, and a first fluid outlet pipe communicated to an outlet of the first channel spiral outer ring is arranged in the middle of the shell; a plurality of phase change energy storage units are arranged in the first channel; a second channel of a planar spiral structure is formed between the adjacent spiral ring flow channels of the first channel, and the two axial ends of the second channel are open; the upper portion of the shell is provided with a second fluid inlet pipe communicated to the second channel, and the lower portion of the shell is provided with a second fluid outlet pipe communicated to the second channel.
