Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a steel plate for an anti-fatigue hydrogen pipeline and a production method of the steel plate. The steel plate comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.05-0.10% of C, 0.20-0.30% of Si, 1.00-1.30% of Mn, 0.15-0.35% of Cr, 0.05-0.15% of Nb + V + Ti, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.010% of S and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The production method comprises the steps of billet heating, rolling, stacking and tempering heat treatment. The anti-fatigue steel plate for the hydrogen-contacting pipeline is of a ferrite and pearlite double-phase structure, the steel plate structure is uniform, and the good anti-fatigue performance is achieved in the hydrogen pressure environment.
