Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a probe combination for detecting an ovarian cancer genetic susceptibility gene. The probe combination comprises at least one of sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO 1-641. The invention also discloses a kit comprising the probe combination and a method for detecting the genetic susceptibility gene of the ovarian cancer by using the kit. According to the present invention, the ovarian cancer genetic susceptibility related genes such as ATM, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, EPCAM, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PALB2, PMS2, PTEN, RAD51C, RAD51D and STK11 can be detected at one time by using the hybrid capture method; the probe is wide in coverage, high in sequencing depth and capable of detecting embryonic line variation of all exon regions of a target gene. According to the invention, all related diseases of ovarian cancer genetic susceptibility related genes can be reported, and genetic modes corresponding to the diseases are provided.
