The lactobacillus reuteri DPUL-M94 disclosed by the invention can be used for metabolizing LA in vitro to generate CLA; the Lactobacillus reuteri DPUL-M94 can down-regulate the levels of proinflammatory factors IL-1beta, IL-6 and TNF-alpha, increase the level of an anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, relieve an LPS-induced RAW264.7 inflammation model, regulate the expression of PPAR gamma, inhibit the activation of an NF-kappa B pathway and promote the increase of mucoprotein and tight junction protein, and the Lactobacillus reuteri DPUL-M94 can metabolize LA in vivo to generate CLA to improve the damaged intestinal barrier of a suckling mouse, so that the Lactobacillus reuteri DPUL-M94 can be used for preparing the anti-inflammatory agent.
