Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an original low-temperature stone impact resistant water-based floating coating for an automobile as well as a preparation method and application of the original low-temperature stone impact resistant water-based floating coating. The floating coating is prepared from an aliphatic hydroxyl functional polycarbonate type polyurethane dispersion, a water-based aliphatic polyurethane-urea dispersion, a water-based blocked polyisocyanate cross-linking agent, amino resin, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, pigment, filler, fumed silica, a cosolvent and water. A coating obtained by adopting the modified polyurethane resin, the amino resin and the isocyanate cross-linking agent system is high in cross-linking density and good in toughness, the stone impact resistance is remarkably improved, particularly, the low-temperature stone impact resistance can reach the first level, and meanwhile the floating coating is quick to dry, easy to construct and low in cost.
