Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing dimethyl ketene by cracking isobutyric anhydride. The method comprises the following steps: mixing isobutyric anhydride with a catalyst, vaporizing, feeding into a cracking furnace, introducing ammonia gas into a cracked product to quench the catalyst, and quickly condensing to obtain dimethyl ketene from a gas phase and a liquid phase mainly comprising unreacted isobutyric anhydride and generated isobutyric acid. According to the method, the conversion per pass of the isobutyric acid is greater than or equal to 68%, the selectivity of the dimethyl ketene is greater than or equal to 90%, and the utilization rate of the isobutyric anhydride is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种异丁酸酐裂解制备二甲基乙烯酮的方法。该方法将异丁酸酐与催化剂混合后汽化,进入裂解炉,裂解后的产物通入氨气淬灭催化剂,经快速冷凝,气相得到二甲基乙烯酮,液相主要为未反应的异丁酸酐和生成的异丁酸。本发明中,异丁酸的单程转化率≥68%,二甲基乙烯酮选择性≥90%,极大提高了异丁酸酐的利用率。 |
