The process comprises the following steps: adding a nitrophosphate fertilizer, ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate into two or more melting tanks according to a weight ratio; the raw materials in the two or more melting tanks are melted and mixed and then flow into two or more primary mixing tanks; adding metered and weighed potassium sulfate and filler into the first-stage mixing tank, fully mixing, and flowing into the second-stage mixing tank; adding one or more of metered and weighed potassium chloride and medium trace elements into a secondary mixing tank; the molten slurry prepared by fully dissolving and mixing in the secondary mixing tank enters an emulsifying machine to be emulsified, and then enters a granulating machine to be granulated to obtain the nitro high-tower compound fertilizer.
