The preparation method comprises the following steps: by applying a design thought of a composite material, growing LDHs on oriented carbon fiber cloth to construct a tightly coupled and uniformly distributed lamellar LDH nano array, and then adding a multidentate organic ligand to convert the LDH part on the surface into conductive MOFs with rapid charge migration and strong oxidation-reduction activity, so as to obtain the conductive MOFs/LDHs composite material.
