The precision control method comprises the steps that S1, a construction positioning reference of the ring section is established, and a jig frame is installed; s2, the stand columns are positioned, and a first-layer movable deck is hoisted; s3, hoisting a second layer of fixed deck; s4, a broadside supporting seat is installed, and broadside segments are positioned; s5, a second layer of stand columns is positioned, and a third layer of movable deck is hoisted; s6, a fourth layer of fixed deck is hoisted; s7, the annular block with the four layers of decks is assembled; and S8, the assembled annular block is hoisted to the main hull.
