The embodiment of the invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner condensate water recovery and drainage control system. The system comprises a water storage device, a control valve, a water pump, a controller and a drainage pipeline. A water inlet of the water storage device is connected with a condensate water outlet of an air conditioner on the vehicle, a water outlet of the water storage device is connected with a water inlet of the drainage pipeline, and the water pump and the control valve are sequentially arranged on the drainage pipeline.
