The sole manufacturing method comprises the steps that a transparent sole shell (1) with an opening in the top is subjected to injection molding; filling the transparent sole shell with a filler (2) containing waste rubber; sealing the transparent sole shell (1); putting the sealed transparent sole shell (1) into a sole mold, and carrying out injection molding on a sole material so as to wrap the transparent sole shell (1); and taking out after the sole is formed.
