Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of multi-material additive manufacturing, in particular to a voxelization heterostructure 3D printing device and method based on DLP. According to the method, the dielectric wetting principle is utilized, liquid drop materials are moved, mixed and split through digital microfluidics, liquid drops are transferred to corresponding voxel positions according to a predefined program, accurate control over different materials is achieved, and then a voxelized heterostructure three-dimensional workpiece is obtained through layer-by-layer accumulation and solidification treatment. The invention provides a new method for realizing printing of the heterostructure. 本发明涉及多材料增材制造领域,特别是基于DLP的体素化异质结构3D打印装置及方法。该方法是利用介电湿润原理,通过数字微流控实现液滴材料的移动、混合和分裂,将液滴按照预定义程序转移至对应的体素位置,实现对不同材料的精确控制,再通过逐层累计和固化处理,获得体素化异质结构三维制件。本发明为实现异质结构的打印提供了一种新的方法。
