Comprising the following steps that a corrugated seamless steel pipe and a corrugated aluminum pipe are immersed in molten aluminum, then the corrugated face of the seamless steel pipe and the to-be-compounded face of the seamless aluminum pipe are subjected to pressure assembly, heat treatment, cooling and machining, and the steel-aluminum pipe joint prepared through combination of the interface coating and corrugated hot pressing is obtained.
