Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of quartz sand cleaning and processing, in particular to an efficient cleaning and processing method for photovoltaic quartz sand, which comprises the following steps: primarily removing colored mineral impurities in quartz ore, putting the quartz ore into a high-temperature box-type furnace for heating and heat preservation, taking out the quartz ore, and carrying out water quenching, draining and dewatering, drying treatment, crushing and ore grinding, screening quartz sand, and carrying out magnetic separation treatment by using a magnetic separator; carrying out flotation treatment and acid leaching treatment on the obtained quartz sand, and then putting the quartz sand into an ultrasonic oscillation-electro-adsorption cleaning device for cleaning-dewatering treatment; in combination with a hyperspectral image collected in the adsorption cleaning process, the ultrasonic frequency at the corresponding moment is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode, and quartz sand w
