Cylindrical secondary battery

A cylindrical secondary battery includes a wound body having a belt-shaped core body and active material complexing agent layers formed on both surfaces of the core body, a current collection metal tab disposed at an exposed portion where the core body is exposed, and an electrode plate electrically connected to the core body being wound.
