Aluminum alloy ingot, aluminum alloy material, and method for producing aluminum alloy material
Provided is an aluminum alloy ingot which can be advantageously used as a raw material for an aluminum alloy material having improved tensile strength. An aluminum alloy ingot which contains 0.3 to 1.0 mass% of Cu, 0.6 to 1.2 mass% of Mg, 0.9 to 1.4 mass% of Si, 0.4 to 0.6 mass% of Mn, 0.1 to 0.7 ma...

Zusammenfassung: | Provided is an aluminum alloy ingot which can be advantageously used as a raw material for an aluminum alloy material having improved tensile strength. An aluminum alloy ingot which contains 0.3 to 1.0 mass% of Cu, 0.6 to 1.2 mass% of Mg, 0.9 to 1.4 mass% of Si, 0.4 to 0.6 mass% of Mn, 0.1 to 0.7 mass% of Fe, 0.09 to 0.25 mass% of Cr, and 0.012 to 0.035 mass% of Ti, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities, and in an X-ray diffraction pattern measured using a Cu-K [alpha] ray, the X-ray diffraction pattern is as shown in the specification, and the X-ray diffraction pattern is as shown in the specification. The integral intensity of a diffraction peak in the range of a diffraction angle 2 [theta] of 41.6-42.0 DEG relative to the integral intensity of a diffraction peak in the range of 2 [theta] of 38.4-38.8 DEG is less than 0.50%, and a heat-treated product after being heat-treated at 450 DEG C for 1 hour, the integrated intensity of a diffraction peak at a diffraction angle 2 [theta] of 41.6-42. |
